Cancellation & Refund Policy

AUTOMATEME LLP ("we", "us", or "our") operates Shop Me as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription product. This policy describes your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests. We believe in being straightforward — what you see here is exactly how we operate.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your Shop Me subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all features you have paid for until that date — we never cut access early.
  • We do not charge any early-termination fees or exit penalties.
  • After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days to allow easy reactivation. After that, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Refund Policy

Shop Me subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced and the service has been accessed. However, we handle the following cases fairly:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused days remaining in a monthly or annual billing period
  • Forgetting to cancel before an automatic renewal date
  • Change of mind after the product has been used
  • Dissatisfaction with a feature that was clearly described before purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at connect@automateme.live with the following:

  • Your registered email address
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your invoice or order ID (available in your billing dashboard)

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Free Trial

Shop Me offers a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period. Your first charge occurs only at the end of the trial if you choose to continue. You may cancel at any point during the trial at no cost and with no obligation.

5. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. We will send a renewal reminder email at least 3 days before each charge so you have time to cancel if needed. You can update or remove your payment method from your billing dashboard at any time.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from billing or refund matters shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection or payment laws.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Shop Me after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
